Your words hit me so hard: "As I develop relationships with people who want to know God, I am aware that I have to be very careful. I am going to get hurt. When you love people who don't have God, they can't really love you back. Not in the right way, anyway. I remember how much more selfish I used to be,and how I would make everything about me..If I wasn't benefiting in any way, it wasn't worth it. It's a switch to see things from a different angle. My desire is to give, guide, and care for people. I'm going to get hurt. I am going to have to keep a clear head about everything, about God's glory, about who I can and can't be to others."
I have been wrestling with Him about my lack of sacrificial, unselfish love for a while now. I need to grow here. Thanks for your wisdom.Diane Meyerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18092079647422617381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6387631570353816768.post-9167984627769911382008-09-13T01:05:00.000-04:002008-09-13T01:05:00.000-04:00You are anointed, girl! Stepping off that cliff is a scary thing and hard to do, but I am sooo with you in that desire. Living life without the safety net offers a freedom that you just can't get any other way.

I have prayed for all of your friends and co-workers here. It is really amazing to see all that God is doing through you.

I hope you're having a great week too. Now your pig-latin reminded me of a high school friend of mine. We used to speak Giberish, and we could speak it fast too. It went like this.

Hbave aba grebate webeek Abangelba!
Sebee yobou labataber! I just wrote my first post since having a depressive episode with low levels of thyroid and how I behaved during that time. But, one of the catalyst was that one of my secular friends was being secular.jeleasurehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07573831215568628361noreply@blogger.com
